In two to four weeks, I will be feeding another human being with food supplied from my body. I will be her sole source of nourishment (no pressure!).
So, in order to give my daughter the nutrients she needs, I am perusing recipes to freeze/prepare before the big day. While the recipes below are some of my favorites, always think simple.
Think raw. Think big, satisfying salads. Think smoothies. Think five ingredients or less. Recipes don’t have to be complicated to taste good.
Experiment to see what you like best!
Enjoy!

Yum! All of these look amazing. I want to make everything. And I LOVE the new look to the site! So adorable.
Thanks, Brianna! I’m actually going to make the banana bread in a bit. Not the healthiest option on the menu, but so good! Glad you like the new site!!
These look absolutely delicious. I want to make those muffins for my wife. I never even think about quinoa in a muffin. Love it. And I second Brianna – great new look to the site!
The muffins are great (and easy). It’s a great way to sneak in some extra protein and fiber. Glad you like the site too! I think it’s much better.
